[ann] jicarilla-platform-0.3-alpha released!

Version 0.3-alpha of the jicarilla platform has just been released. Get 
it now:

This is the first alpha release of the complete jicarilla-platform. It 
is intended purely as a preview release for interested parties, and 
should not be used in production environments.
