I doubt that the completion of the OpenJDK migration would be a suitable
GSoC project for most students. IMHO it would have a steep learning
curve for someone not familiar with the Jikes RVM.

That said, we could add it as a GSoC project idea if someone is
interested in mentoring the project. We'd also have to make sure that
the project description conveys the scope and difficulty of the project.
