Performance compares favorably with the old Merlin algorithm,
producing more information at similar cost. It's the most
shaken down with the IBM J9 VM, but should work with any VM
that supports JVMTI well enough.

Not sure whether you really want *implementation* docs as much
as "how do I use this thing".  We had a paper accepted to ISMM
that overviews the implementation.  If my co-authors agree, we
might send you the current draft (camera-ready version is under
preparation).
