[rvm-research] new mmtk option

I am trying to pass a new option to the concurrent mark-sweep collector (Jikes RVM 3.1.2). I have introduced a new class file in MMTk/src/org/mmtk/utility/options (similar to other ConcurrentTrigger.java). Also, I have updated Options.java to reflect the new option. Finally, I use -X:gc:my_option=value at command-line to use the new option. When using the new option, I get the error, "Unrecognized command line argument: "my_option=value".
