Re: [rvm-research] Error when running rvm

Hi,

My OS Linux Information : *4.2.0-16-generic #19-Ubuntu SMP Thu Oct 8
15:35:06 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux.*
JikesRVM Version : *3.1.3*

This error occurs when the adaptive optimization system is enabled.
However, when I disable the optimization system, I get more details about
another error.
The error is : NullPointerException.

The RVMThread::handleUncaughtException tries to catch the exception. When
it tries to call "getCurrentThread().terminate();", the terminate method
seems to throw another error. Below is the stack trace :
