Re: [rvm-research] Yield Points in JikeRVM

For the Intel Baseline compiler, this is done in genThreadSwitchTest in 
org.jikesrvm.compilers.baseline.ia32.BaselineCompilerImpl. Other 
compilers will have analogous methods.
