[rvm-research] Switch of x86_64-linux to 64-bit addressing this month

Hi,

I will switch the x86_64-linux configuration to use 64-bit addressing this month. This only affects people using Jikes RVM from Git.

There are still a few failures that are specific to x64. If you need the current behaviour (32-bit addressing), you can use the x86_64_m32-linux configuration.
