Pulling Filtered Issues From JIRA Into Excel Does Not Display Properly

When I have filtered a set of issues and try pulling it into an Excel document via the "View" button, I have problems with the Excel Table.

Firstly, it doesn't contain a field (column) I have added to my issues called "Points" when it does contain other fields I have added.

Second, my hours, logged time, and estimates are all being displayed in seconds which comes out very difficult to use.

How can I change my output settings when I want to pull a document from JIRA to Excel?
