How to hide the closed issues from all users except to a group?

Hi experts,

I have a question. I want to hide all closed issues in a project to all users, except a few users (belonging to a group, Restrict_Closed_View group)? I was looking at Permission Schemes, but there is no such option. I looked the Issue Security scheme as well, but in vain.

Any one has any suggestions?
