Issue Security Groups

Is it possible to set the security level of an issue based on the Users group that created the issue? I've set up an Issue Security Scheme that contains 2 groups and assigned it to a Project. Now what I want to do is if user Fred from Company A creates an issue all users in Company A can see the issue. Then when Harry from Company B creates an issue all users from Company B can see the issue. I only want users in Company A to see issues for Company A and all users in Company B to see issues for Company B within the same Project. Can this be done?
