Set Time Tracking required in Workflow

Hi, I would like to make the Time Tracking field required on one of the workflow transistion screens, but my only options in the field list to add to the validator, are : Remaining Estimate Time Spent My understanding is that these represent the Time Tracking field, since it will change depending on work that has been logged.
