Thanks for the help Nic! 1. The issue that's not being displayed is a Number Field type 2. I have tried pulling reports in which all of the issues or at least some of the issues have data for this custom field. 3. I use the "All Fields" pull which looks like it gives me everything but this column. In terms of the seconds, I hadn't thought of a divide by sixty, definitely a good way to go!
