Thanks, for this hint.

I've used in deed the solution from this thread:
I have no popup-window but a huge text on the issue-overview-page.

I've created a new custom field with the field-type "Freetext".
And then i went to the fieldconfiguration and switched the renderer of the new custom field to "Wiki".

Now i can set the message-information with Wikitext-Layout and get a good visible reminder.
