How to enable plugins? "JIRA Startup Failed: Following plugins required..."

After upgrading JIRA from 4.3.0 to 4.3.4, I received this error: ----- h2. JIRA Startup Failed The following plugins are required by JIRA, but have not been started: * FishEye Plugin (com.atlassian.jirafisheyeplugin) ----- I've previously disabled the FishEye plugin because I don't need it. How can I reenable it now? Any help is greatly appreciated.
