Found the value "jira.plugin.state-.com.atlassian.jirafisheyeplugin" in the DB column "propertyentry.property_key". The associated value in column "id" corresponded to the value "false" in "propertystring.propertyvalue". Changing this to "true" reenabled the plugin.
There are still a few exceptions being thrown (as seen in the JIRA log file), but it works again.
