prevent reopening subtask when main issue is closed

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent a user in the workflow from reopening a subtask if the linked main issue has been closed?
I know the opposite can be done, i.e. prevent closing main issue when not all subtasks are closed by using the Sub-Task Blocking Condition, but I can't seem to find a way to prevent transition in the subtask based on the main issue's status.

Any suggestions?
