Use the backup and restore function from the admin page. It will restore everything. If you don't want the issues you can delete them and the projects leaving just the workflows, schemes, custom fields, etc. Joseph (Joe) Pitt Senior Member of Professional Staff SRA International, Inc. Moving forward we will be downloading a new JIRA license with unlimited users and installing it on our own server. Is it possible to copy the instance I have created within my existing hosted license into the new installed version? How would we go about doing this? We are interested in copying all of the administrative settings currently set up in the existing instance.
