Hi Nic, This morning, i worked on setting up 3 context paths of JIRA (in *Tomcat's conf/server.xml*) in a single Tomcat container and was able to do it successfully. However i did come across a few issues in the process. One of the Exception messages i came across is in the attached file. Could you please look into it and let me know the likely cause of it. The exception described in the attached file was thrown when i loaded the first JIRA instance. Hence the issue is not due to the existence of other instances. However i did see the same error message when loading the instances 2 & 3. One genuine issue i came across as part of setup is that the files under *webapps/jiraInstanceName/includes/aj*s were not loaded properly for one of the instances. As a result of which the menus were not loaded properly for that particular instance. I was able to resolve this issue by copying the files from the other instance into the instance exhibiting the issue. Since the folders residing under the *ajs* root folder are all *Javascript files*, i am assuming that it is of *no harm to copy these files* from other instance. Could you please let me know your thoughts on this particular fix? I am going to do further testing on the entire setup to see if there are any indifference's with respect to the project data.
