Is it possible to pull a JIRA report that shows all time logged per user?

I need to be able to pull reports on how much time each person on my development team is logging into issues. They all have different accounts so I was hoping there is some way to pull out a "how much time did this user log?" report. If I could cut these down to per/version that would be even more useful. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
