Getting Security level in Validator function By useing JIRA API(JAVA)

Hi, I have created security schema. For this I have added security levels.And also I have added for security level permissions like users ,developers,leads.. After that I have added this security schema to my project. Now I am able to see the Security Levels while creating an Issue. After that I am developing a plug-in it should check Level Attribute.So I have written validator class.inside this class i want to get security level attribute and also assignee of that security level. *My Requirement is If level attribute is standered then i don't want allow the transition.* Please help out this.
