I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to do here. Some questions: 1. What is the plugin? Is it a workflow validator? A condition? A field? A combination? I ask because you seem to be trying to do lots of things in one place, some of which could be done in any of those. That might, or might not, be a good way to start, but we need to know where you are starting from before we can help. 2. Explain your goal A lot of people dive into an explanation of where they are stuck without explaining what they actually want to end up with. I think you've tried to give us the end goal, but mixed it in with the actual sticking points. Could you explain how you want Jira to behave when you're finished? Without trying to tie it into a particular structure (For example, say "I want Jira to show a field X after a user selects Y from a field called Z during an issue update" instead of "I want a validator that puts data X into the database") -- Post by broughn2 - online at: http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?forumID=46&threadID=55230 _______________________________________________ Jira-user mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe or change your options visit this page: http://lists.atlassian.com/mailman/listinfo/jira-user
