First of all thanks for the immediate response.

I think you are mentioning about the customization after the reports are generated. Actually I don't want to do anything with this reports. 

My exact problem is  like.....

Since I am administering JIRA in my firm, I would like to limit the access of the types reports available based on user group.

Now we have the below given list of report types available

              User Work Load Report
              Version work load report
              Time tracking report
              Resolution Time REport
              Pie Chart Report
              ...............
              ............... etc...


Now I could see all these reports in all projects.  If I can limit or disable some of these based on project/usergroups then my problem will be solved.......
