Limit the ability to change the Due Date in JIRA to a specific group

Hi, we have JIRA setup so that the due date field is mandatory.  I understand that users need to have the "Schedule Issues" permission so that they can create issues. If they need the "Schedule Issues" permission to create an issue how can i remove the ability to schedule an issue i.e change the Due Date when the "Schedule Issues" permission needs to be turned on.
