Hi Neal, May i know where is the time specified for the process. I have not set any value for this in my configuration explicitly. However i see that the import process stops after an hour or so. We tried doing the import couple of times and each time the 'Cannot find server' page was displayed approximately after an hour. Also, could you please let me know if upgrading from JIRA version #3.11 to #4.3.4 can be done is valid or do we need to upgrade to any other version in between? Please let me know your thoughts.
