Right, so a display field that's based on the data in other fields. You can do simple ones like this if you've got the Jira Toolkit installed, because that enables "message fields" where you can use velocity to do some processing based on issue data before you display information to the users. (I've used them mainly for information text, or displaying things like parent data information on subtasks).
