Hi Nic, To answer your question on what happens when we reconnect after the error, we are seeing a message as given in the attached screenshot. This morning we did the entire setup process and came across the same 'Cannot find server' message in the browser. However when we accessed the server later after an hour or so, we found that the messages were being logged in the log file with the import and indexing status. Also we were able to access JIRA and are able to see all the projects imported although we are in the process of checking the correctness of data. As part of our research, we have come across an article where we found the limitations of using IE browser (We are using IE 6 for the data import), when we connect to a web site that runs for a long time before it returns information to Internet Explorer. Please find the URL: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/181050 Thanks for all your help!
