Hi Joe, Thanks for your answer. I would rather go with the email because I have this issue management tool on a remote site and every time they will assign an issue to our support team I would like to get the issue created in JIRA. Also I would like to get all the comments that are recorded after the fact on the remote issue management tool in JIRA but I don't know if that is possible because the other app does not know the issue key from jira...
