How to set project' component field value based on customfieldv value

Hello,

I am using components to define my company live services within a Customer Service jira-project.

In the create form, I would like that the issue reporter will select a custom field that is called 'Service' that will have the same values as the project' components.  Once the user selected a value, it will automatically populate the components field.
(the component field is this form should be invisible)

Appreciate any help with guidelines on how this can be achieved.
