Installer Chapter Opens At Lopica Web Start Site

Hi,

  I've added an installer chapter to the Lopica Web
Start Paradise site that collects links to open source
installers, exe wrappers, system tray API libraries
and more.

  For now the collection includes:

  * JSmooth 
  * jStart32
  * Roxes Ant Task Suite
  * IzPack
  * Nullsoft Scriptable Install System (NSIS)
  * Java Service Wrapper
  * SysTray for Java (systray4j)
