Version 2.0b3 of the JPublish web application framework is now available
at http://www.jpublish.org/ .

JPublish is a powerful web publishing system designed to ensure a clean
separation of developer roles. JPublish includes support for multiple
templating engines, including Jakarta Apache's Velocity, FreeMarker and
WebMacro. JPublish supports numerous scripting languages including
Python, BeanShell, and JavaScript. JPublish is modular and provides for
easy extensibility.

This release includes the following changes: Added performance
enhancements (submitted by David Jones). Added
StaticResourceManager.getContentLength() which is used to set the
Content-Length HTTP header for static resources. All class loader
related activities are now done through EdenLib's ClassUtilities.
Placed log.isDebugEnabled() before all log.debug() statements which
involve string concatenation. Moved call to template.executeActions()
into the template.merge() method.

Sincerely,
Anthony Eden
