RE: FTL Includes

<#include "repository:fs_repository:/includes/countries.ftl">
${fs_repository.get("/includes/countries.ftl")}

These should return the same thing, I believe. But they do not. The first
returns empty, the second returns a list of countries.

Will this have anything to do with my custom 'root' in Freemarker?
