Back a few versions ago you would have used Page.setTemplate() to set the current template name. However, I now realize that the built in caching will cause a problem with this because Page objects are cached and shared. Given the recent discussion with Derick, I think the best solution is to maintain that Page cache and add a wrapper around it which provides a public-facing API with additional functionality. Does this seem reasonable?
