Java Newbie - How do I setup Jpublish with Jetty ?

I have been a Win32 guy for 8 years and have no experience with any Java =
environments.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

1. I have downloaded the Jpublish files & uncompressed them.
2. I have Jetty installed and running
3. What do I do next ? [Apparently I need a servlet container what ever =
this means]
