Yeah... I noticed that you have downgraded from bsh2.0b1 down to 1.3
last june. We are using bsh2.0b4 with JPublish in some production
systems without any problem.

You just need to add syncmail (http://sourceforge.net/projects/cvs-syncmail) to the CVSROOT directory and then add a line like this to loginfo:
DEFAULT $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/syncmail %{sVv} [email protected]
