Nope I'm afraid right now there is only support for read/write RPM
files, but no support for the rpm database.

All the information we have regarding the file format is under
http://jrpm.sourceforge.net/specs.html, but if you have any that you
wish to contribute feel free to email it to me, and I'll add it.
