jRPM Builds and locale support

I've added a simple locale support for reading different locale
strings out of a rpm file if they are available. I've also added
a programming example section to the website. The example section
will be only tomorrow. Thanks to the daily site rebuild :)
How is the progress with the SNAPSHOT builds?

I think although the current implementation lacks support for checking
signatures and cannot view into the payload archive the reading of
informations out of a RPM file is pretty stable. I think we could 
release a first version of jRPM.
What do you think Yannick?
