Mailing List shut down due to uncontrollable spam

Since sourceforge doesn't seem to allow any method to stop non-members
from posting messages (spam) to a mailing list, i'm going to shut it
down (wasn't much in use anyway).

If anyone needs to contact either myself or Michael Ku=DF, feel free to
email us through our sourceforge email addresses
