CPIO Extraction

Ok.... I *think* I've found the info needed... I can now properly parse 
the file mode, and I think the issues I was having are related to 
padding that needs to be added as the data needs to be word aligned.

Also the SNAPSHOT is now being included with the website ( it should be 
in tomorow or the day after, as the anon pserver is pointed to a backup 
of the svn servers )
