Agree 100%.
Trying to repeat the Attach and Info tabs in all screens is helping in
getting that consistent view.
I will drop LINK as a tab, as it is just disturbing.

What about having DIFF as a consistent tab accross all screens.
Currently, going to DIFF is always viavia the INFO screen. (not good
for newbies)
Better would be a DIFF tab which is just showing you the most recent changes.
With the dropdowns you can select any diff you want in the DIFF view.

This would bring us to:
VIEW   ATTACH(x)   INFO  DIFF  EDIT  COMMENT
(mmm comment still feels strange)

The currrent COMMENTING features is not really advanced.
In general, it is rather confusing. (at least that was it for me in
the beginning)

In fact, add a comment on a WEBLOG behavious completely different from
a comment on an ordinary page.  And that is confusing.

Actually, I would expect a COMMENT tab also to display the number of comments
already raised on a page. (ref weblogs)

Needs more thinking too: Workflow and Group management are not really
user preferences, but they are really actions separate from normal page actions.


dirk
