When  you are in the middle of a page, it shouldn't be to hard to jump
to the top of the page and
click one of the tabs.

A floating menu activated by some secret right hand mouse click would
only be usable by geeks anyway.

Alex, this is on the todo list. Actually, the BrushedTemplate has this
feature already.
It's just a matter of available ''porting'' time :-)
