is the sql table plugin Open Source

Hallo,

I am trying to run the sql table plugin run with Microsoft Access.
I mean this plug in:

But is the plugin open source ?
Can I get the Java Files, to change them, to be able to
run the plug in  with Microsoft Access ?
If so where can I get the java files of the plugin ?
