The commentbox is next to (inline horizontally) with the tabbed section.

The behaviour previous was to use the top coding, ie place the comment box 
before the tabbed section. and the tabbed section would flow around the comment 
box - ie the first line of the tabbed section would be in line with the top of 
the jpg.  The commentbox would float on top of the tabbed section

I usually you firefox, but a quick check with ie6 seems to have the same 
problem.
