Do you mean:

  a. a permanent copy of the content of one page to another (i.e., an
     import of one or more pages)
  b. a transclusion reference (include the contents of a page within
     another page, as a reference, so that if the source page changes,
     the target changes too)
  c. one-time importing content of a page from a different, non-wiki
     "place" (a file, a different wiki server, what?)

Some specifics would help in answering your question.
