Okay, we now have Tagging! I.e., functional TagPlugin, HasTagOfPlugin,
and even a TagCloudPlugin!

I'll send the distro along to Claudia as promised, if there's anyone
else who'd like to test this -- promising feedback -- just let me
know.

Requirements: JSPWiki 2.4.102 or more recent version.

I'm going to submit a patch soon for a new page rename event so that
page renames will register with the TagManager.

BTW, this is a bit more interesting than some other available
tagging systems since you can do complex, logical queries on tags,
and given that the TagManager is available to *other* plugins and
to JSPs it's now possible to build in other functionality.

For those interested in such matters, I'm also building what's
called an Assertion Framework that permits logical assertions
on the wiki in the form of ( Subject, Predicate, Object ) triples,
e.g..

    [{Assert  [Buick] KindOf [Automobile] }]

The thing about the tagging features is that they permit simple
tagging but when the Assertion Framework finally goes public (when
it works and is stable), the tags will function as assertions, so

    [{Tag Actor }]

is actually a shorthand for

    [{Assert [.] HasTag [Actor] }]   (where "[.]" is the current page)

The only change on the administrator's part will be to replace
the tag jar file with a new one, and add the assertions jar file.
Everything will still work the same but behind the scenes the
wiki will be maintaining a Topic Map of its relationships.

What I'd like to see happen (either if I find the time or someone
volunteers, hint hint) is:

   * write a JSP so that the tags show up in a text fields with a
     Submit button to update the page's tags rather than require an
     edit session

   * The tags are also written to a page attribute called DC.subject
     which you can get via "[{$DC.subject}]". That may be valuable,
     dunno, could be obtained by other plugins. But I'd like to get
     that written into the page's HTML metadata as a <meta> element
     in <head> so it shows up on search engines and web harvesters.

   * augment the Lucene indexer to add the tags to either a "keywords"
     or "tags" field so users could search on them, e.g.,

       tag:Book -tag:NonFiction      // would return fiction books

I'm also willing (time permitting) to help anyone who wants to write
a tag-related plugin that uses the TagManager.
