Well, the wikis it's being targeted for will either have no advertised
QueryPlugin (it's a bit advanced/geeky for some audiences), or will
have the assertion framework in place. Actually, when I think about it,
the latter would actually get messed up by having its IS modifier broken,
with my ugly plan had been to copy the entirety of the query plugin
package into the tag plugin hierarchy so there'd be no overlap, if it
came to that and schedules didn't permit me to spend the time figuring
this out further.

Will send in a few minutes off list. Just want to check the latest
into my CVS and then I'll package it up. I had realized earlier that
I should be using WeakReferences and haven't tested it completely
following that change.
