Problems creating new accounts in 2.5.118

Hi,

Before I file a bug report I wanted to check if anyone else is having
this problem. Brand new wiki, CVS 2.5.118 using either default or a
custom template, I've tried this on both my embedded Jetty 6.1.4 and
Tomcat 5.5 environments, same behaviour (Ubuntu 7.04 w/J2SE 1.5.0_11
or Ubuntu 6.10 w/J2SE 1.5.0_8, with a recent version of FireFox).

I'm trying to create a new account by clicking on Log in, then the
exclamation's link:

    Don’t have an account ?  Join wiki now!

and nothing happens, no change whatsoever. There's nothing indicative
in the JSPWiki log, nor in Tomcat's catalina.out. Everything else seems
to work fine from what I've seen so far.

I've deleted both the $WIKI_HOME/work/* and tomcat work directories,
cleared browser cache, cookies, authenticated sessions, all the normal
stuff. The URL found in the browser's location bar prior to clicking
on the "Join wiki now!" link is:

   http://localhost:8180/wiki/Login.jsp?redirect=Main

and after clicking on it just adds a hash "#" at the end of the URL,
which seems strange with that hash on the end. Something fishy is
going on... I've also tried this with the baseURL set or not set, no
difference.

I hadn't noticed this problem on any previous CVS versions.
