Our server was stolen and all I could find on backup of our wiki was a 
file named wiki.2007-07-23.tgz
that our last sys admin had created.

We have a new machine and I downloaded the latest version of JSP wiki 
(deployed the war), now how do I get all the backed up content on the 
new wiki?  the .tgz file is full of .txt files.
