FCK Editor Integration in 2.5.x

I've tried to get the FCKEditor up and running using JSPWiki 2.5.103 by
following the instructions on
http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/HowToManuallyIntegrateFCKEditor. I am
inserting the latest FCKEditor 2.4.3 into the scripts/fckeditor
directory as well as putting the FCK.jar on the page into the
WEB-INF/lib directory. After doing so I do not see the FCKEditor show up
in the list of editors to use, regardless of what template I am using
(I've tried brushed and the default templates). I try to browse directly
to the editor by using the Edit.jsp?page=Main&editor=FCK url but I just
get an error that says "Toolbar set JSPWiki doesn't exist".

 

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Are the instructions for enabling FCK in
2.5.x on jspwiki.org already out of date?
