I asked this a while ago, my understanding is that the current templates do not 
place the attachments at the bottom of the page, but only on the attachment 
page.
If you want them at the bottom of the page like 
(http://jspwiki.org/wiki/Pop3Plugin) you have to either make a change to the 
default template, or you can create your own - the beauty about the last, is 
that the way that jspwiki is setup yuo only have to create the template page 
you want because if the system can't find the page in your template directory 
if will fall back to the default ones.
