You can use tools like WinHTTrack to download all pages at all, but it
will try to download login pages, index pages, etc...

I use JSPWiki to create documentation also, and i would like a lot to
have a tool that could export all wiki pages using the same style used
to print the pages, without the left menu, for instance.
